Funeral Service Information for Veterans

We thank all veterans for their service!

At San Diego Funeral Service, we count with a veteran arranger for funeral and cemetery. Mr. Bobby Myles is retired from the US Navy.

We have extensive experience in coordinating cremation services for veterans and arranging funeral services with burial at Miramar National Cemetery, in San Diego.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns pertaining to military burials and cremations in San Diego.

An essential document needed for scheduling burials at the national cemetery and requesting honors is the DD214. If you do not have a copy of the DD214, please click on this link to request a copy of the DD214

Please call us at 619-786-6715 to speak to our military specialist. Our administrative office is open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm, but we are available 24 hours/7 days per week in case of death requiring immediate assistance, by calling 619-786-6715

One thing to keep in mind is that honorably discharged service members and their spouses are eligible for a burial space and a memorial marker at the national cemetery. Miramar National Cemetery is the cemetery in San Diego County. Unfortunately, there is no more space at Rosecrans National Cemetery for new burials.
